How it works
How HelloHere works
HelloHere makes it easy to meet new people in a venue you are already enjoying, with clear consent at every step.
Scan the venue QR
At a partner lounge, café or rooftop, scan the HelloHere code. Nothing to download: it opens in your browser.
Take a live selfie
Camera only. No gallery uploads, no filters. Your phone checks for one clear face.
Be visible for 2 hours
Confirm you are there. Only people in the same venue can see you. No map, no distance, no history.
Say hello
A chat opens only if both people accept. You can offer a mocktail or a coffee, paid at the counter.
A one-minute profile
A first name, your age and what kind of connections you are open to. You must be 21 or older to use HelloHere in the UAE.
At the venue
Scan the venue QR code, take a live selfie and confirm you are there with a one-time location check or the code displayed by the venue. Your location is never stored or shown.
Saying hello
Send a hello. If both people accept, a private chat opens. If not, nobody is notified. Your visibility ends automatically after two hours.
Offering a drink
You can offer a mocktail, juice or coffee from the venue's menu. You pay at the counter with a four-digit order code, and the other person receives a one-time voucher.
Respect for local laws and culture
HelloHere only partners with licensed venues, follows UAE law and treats every report seriously. Block and report are always two taps away.
