Guests pay you directly at the counter for the alcohol-free drinks they offer each other. You keep 100% during the pilot.

A printed QR poster and any phone or tablet for the staff screen. Setup takes about fifteen minutes.

Confirm a payment with a four-digit code, scan a voucher, pause offers when you are busy, mark a drink as sold out.

Each partner gets a page on hello-here.com and appears in the app when guests check in.
What changes for your team
Almost nothing. When a guest offers a drink, the payer shows a four-digit code at the counter and pays as usual. A staff member confirms the payment on the HelloHere screen. The recipient then shows a QR voucher, which the staff scans once. Every voucher works only once and expires at closing time.
The drinks offered through HelloHere are alcohol-free only: mocktails, sodas, juices, coffee or tea from your own menu, at your own prices. You choose the price tiers and which drinks are available.
What we ask from pilot venues
- Display the HelloHere QR poster at the bar and on a few tables.
- Set up two or three alcohol-free price tiers from your menu.
- Brief your staff with our one-page guide (Thai and English).
- Share honest feedback with us during the first weeks.
Who we are looking for
Bars, rooftops, cafés and lounges in Bangkok where people already come to socialise: Thonglor, Ekkamai, Silom, Sathorn, Ari, Asok, Phrom Phong and the riverside. Good music volume for talking helps a lot.
